Step 1: Create
an opening
in your gate by welding two 1/2" square bars and cutting a slot
in
the frame for the bolts to pass. |
Step 2:
Insert the bolts
through the frame. Slide the lock box into place nesting the bolts
between
the upright six pins. |
Step 3: The
box should
look like the above photo. Bolts are in place and can be cut to
the
length required to intercept the jamb side of your door. |
Step 4:
Place the back
lid on the lock case and apply the four screws. |
Step 5:
Place the front
part of the handle set slightly through the front opening. Slide on the
washer used to center the 107 lever. (washers no longer required with
the
addition of the new bump ring)

Step 6:
While holding
the handle, slide the 107 lever on the spindle to engage the bolt. (see
photo #3) |
Step 7:
Holding
on to the outside handle, slide the back part of the handle on on to
the
spindle. Put the two brass screws in place and tighten securely (not
binding). |
Step 8:
There are no
more instructions.
